Driver allowance — ₹500 per calendar day the car is held, ₹700 for the 17-seater and above. It is his food and lodging, and it appears as its own line on your invoice.
Night running — ₹300 once, not per night, for any driving between 10pm and 6am. An airport pickup at 2am counts; arriving at your hotel at 10.30pm does not.
Tolls and parking — billed at actuals with the receipts attached. The figure quoted up front is an estimate; if the real total comes in lower, you pay the lower one.
Inter-state permit — Tamil Nadu and Karnataka entry is arranged before departure and quoted inside the total. It is never added at the border.
GST — 5% on the whole subtotal, shown separately. There is no service charge, no convenience fee and no peak-hour loading.
COK drop rates — flat, and they include the empty return run to Nedumbassery. Compared against one-way distance they read high; compared against the round trip the car actually makes, they do not.
