Wedding and event car hire in Kerala
A Kerala wedding usually means guests landing at Cochin across three days, a fleet on the day itself, and a scatter of departures afterwards. We hold vehicles against your date once the advance is in, and you deal with one person for all of it rather than six drivers.
What you get
The four things that actually matter here
-
The fleet is held, not hoped for
Once the advance is paid the vehicles are committed to your date and not sold to anyone else. For December and January, and for the Onam and Christmas weeks, book months ahead — those dates go first and no operator can conjure a 26-seater in a week.
-
Airport shuttles across several days
Guests arriving from the Gulf, from Europe, from Bangalore, at every hour. Send us the flight list and we build the schedule, track every flight and meet each arrival with a board.
-
One contact, one invoice
Not six drivers each with their own arrangement. One consolidated GST invoice at the end covering every vehicle and every run, itemised.
-
Decorated or plain, staged where you want
Floral work on the primary car arranged through a local decorator at cost — we do not mark it up. Vehicles staged at the venue, the hotel, or wherever your coordinator wants them, at the time they are wanted.
Getting the numbers right
Most people underestimate guest transport by about a third, because they count guests rather than journeys. Sixty guests staying at two hotels with a venue twenty minutes away is not sixty seats — it is four or five shuttle runs each way, plus the people who leave early and the ones who leave very late.
Send us the guest list by arrival date, the hotels and the venue, and we will come back with the vehicle count and the schedule. That costs nothing and it is a better use of a phone call than a price quote.
NRI weddings
A large share of the weddings we cover involve families flying in from the Gulf, the UK or North America, often with elderly relatives and a great deal of luggage.
That changes the fleet mix — more Crystas and Urbanias, fewer sedans — and it changes the airport handling. Whoever is coordinating from abroad can deal with us entirely on WhatsApp, in writing, across time zones, and everything is confirmed in text rather than in a phone call at 2am.
Vehicles
What we would put you in
Each rate sits above what the vehicle burns in diesel — we publish both so the margin is visible rather than implied.

Questions
Asked about this
How far ahead should I book wedding transport?
Three months for an ordinary date. Six for December, January, Onam or the Christmas week — those dates sell out and a 26-seat coach cannot be conjured at short notice.
Can you handle guest arrivals across several days?
Yes, and it is most of the work on a typical wedding. Send the flight list; we track every arrival and meet each one with a name board.
Do you decorate the car?
We arrange floral work through a local decorator and pass on the cost without a markup. You can also bring your own decorator to our vehicle.
Do we get one invoice for everything?
Yes. One consolidated GST invoice covering every vehicle and every run, itemised by day. Not six separate settlements with six drivers.
How many vehicles do we need?
Send us the guest list by arrival date, the hotels and the venue, and we will work it out and tell you. Most people underestimate by about a third because they count guests rather than journeys.
